Good Nintendo DS Games

I'm looking to purchase additional games for my DS. Anyone have any recommendation?

I suggest New Super Mario Bros., Sonic Rush and Advance Wars: Dual Strike would be what I go after next. Anyways Aron, what model DS did you get?

The white DS Light. Awesome little unit. I don't know if I want to pickup a platformer for my first real game. I would rather something that my parents would like as well.

Nintendogs is where to go then.

I'm going to sound like an ass, but we've already got a dog to play with . I don't want a fake dog.

Anyway, maybe I will either get the New SMB or Sonic Rush. How is Sonic rush? Does it have Super Sonic? Is it better than Sonic 3 + Knuckles?

Theres this pretty nifty game called brain teaser (i THINK it is) that and a soduku game you and your parents will probably like but when it comes to gameplay go with supermario bros, Advanced Wars is a FANTASTIC game i played on the gameboy, 1 and 2, loved it, strategy game the entire series is amazing. haven't played it for the ds yet, idk if metro is good but i'd give it a whirl

Well, no. But it is better than all of the Sonic Advance games. The screen transitions are quite good (not perfect, mind you, but pretty good).

How about Mario Kart DS? It is multiplayer!

you CAN'T go wrong with ANY mario kart games, played it for the DS.

you guys got me back to playing my gameboy sp tell the truth i think its better than the ds, good battery, light, small, big screen, nice light, hardley cramping controlls, and not to mention good games.

The DS lite has a better screen than the DS.

New SMB is an excellent game, I've had it since release and I'm still exploring. Mario Kart is excellent, especially the multiplayer via wifi. Metroid Hunters is very novel, and Tetris is tetris you can play via wifi. Woot.

Brain Age is cool, but eventually it is just work.
