CHANI! Read this....you have an avatar just like mine but...uhm, white with glasses! IT'S AWESOME.

And the hair is brown, and hanging down instead of being black and in a ponytail. Also, i added a short sleeve on mine. And thank you. :3

Well, i first selected the skin, and increased the brightness and contrast. Selected the eyes and made 'em green with "Colorize". Then i selected the hair, and put it on a different layer. I made it brown with Colorize, and then i selected just the ponytail, and put it on another layer. I made it go behind the original, and then i erased the top of the head, where the top of the ponytail was (on both layers). Then i made another new layer, and drew an arm on it. I erased the original's arm (my left, her right) and the arm fit nicely. I drew the glasses with the good ol' paintbrush tool. Then i shrunk it down, added a background and text, and viola. I somehow ended up with 29 layers though. o_O And i may not have this in right order, cuz it was a couple hours ago, and i was also watching Invader Zim at the same time.

you could've just told me you did that with GIMP. lmao, I don't have that much patience (epic spelling fail) when it comes to avatars. I just do that stuff with art and wallpapers. xD

I actually havent felt an urge to make a wallpaper in a while. I have a crap load of renders to use though.

how do you use the renders? like...make them available to use in GIMP? i'm a n00b at this stuff. >>;

Well, if theyre just normal, theyre PNG, so you can just Open As Layer. I get mine from animerender.com , and planetrenders.net . I used to go to SutekiRenders, but that website closed down i guess. I cant find it anywhere. And i heard somewhere else that its gone..
