One thing that kind of annoyed me was if you go to Luca and rewatch any movies, you can't stop them. If you purchase the ending with the New Game Plus you can't stop it, and it even forces you to go through all the credits... And the song is really sloppy, its '1000 no Kotoba' that focuses on being theatrical rather than sounding nice. I just turn the volume down.
And what really gets me is Yuna said 'It all started when I saw this sphere of you.' like five times in the whole game. Three times through out the game, and in both endings. She should have only said it twice or three times at most. But the phrase just lost its value as she repeated it again... and again... unneccesarily. Anyone agree with me here?

Actually, I agree with everything you said. I have no idea why they didn't let you stop movies you played in Luca. They let you do that in FFX, so why not in FFX2? i hate it when games take out the good stuff in sequels for no apparent reason.

And all of the music sucks, imo. I attribute it to the lack of Nobuo. He was totally absent in this game, which leads me to believe that he read the script for this game (and read the 10 billion times Yuna says, "It all started with this sphere of you.") and said, "No way, I'm not touching this game with a 10 foot pole." So this game totally suffered as far as music. All of the music is either elevator music, or cheesy porn music with a few lame J-pop tracks thrown in. The mindless cheesy music does match the game though.

My friends all thought it was like elevator music too. The only good theme's are Yuna's Ballad, Eternity(Memory of Lightwaves), Song of Shuyin, and A Thousand No Kotoba, and the 'Crash' theme. My friend couldn't stand the Celcius music and had the volume down through most of the game.

Yeah the music sucks badly, though not as badly as incestuous, "constantly making weird poses for no reason," ecstacy-popping Brother.

Yes, unfortunately you are wrong. They are related. Eww. It's covered in FFX and FFX2 that Rikku and Brother are brother and sister, Cid being their father and they both talk about their mother.

And, it's also covered that Brother and Yuna are first cousins. In FFX2 Rikku says to Yuna, "So my dad is your mom's brother, right?..." So Brother and Yuna are first cousins, and Brother undoubtedly is madly in love with Yuna (he confesses his love for her late in the game, and throughout the game he tries to hug and flirt with her).

Anyway, I think Japan has a fetish for incest, cause in many Japan games like MGS2 (Otacon slept with his mom and was in love with his sister) and Drakengard (the main character sleeps with his sister) incest is a main theme, which I find to be really odd. I mean, out of all the possible things to make a story about, why do they always choose to have incestual stories?

Seeing Brother do any of his 10 billion fruity poses is a bad image.

I know! It was absolutely horrifying! I would rather shove unsharpened pencils under my nails then ever view one of those poses again!

Gawd! The producer stated that those poses were supposed to be a slam on Charlie's Angels! It was supposed to be humerous! Why do so many fucking people take it so seriously?!

Because it just wasn't funny and didn't match at all. Have you watched the CGs in FFX2? Brother's character is VERY hard to like in FFX2. Too bad, cause I liked him in FFX.

Also bc while he was posing, he was usually saying something creepy like, "Yuna...I want to see you dance!" The entire thing in FFX2 of Brother being the comic relief was a very strained and ultimately unsuccessful effort at humor imo.
