People's Court Still on the Air

How long exactly has The People's Court been on air... it seems like it's been on forever....

Gosh, it has to be over 10 or twelve years at least. Didn't it start out with that old guy, former mayor or something?

26 years, if I'm not utterly mistaken. Although it's likely it may've had some breaks in there where they didn't air new episodes.

Try longer. It was on when I was a kid. Shudder!! All the way back to like 1984!!

I remember way back when Judge Wapner was presiding over the People's Court. He was so even-tempered and soft-spoken...he seemed tough in his own refined way at the time, but some of the newer television judges make him look like a pussycat!

that show has been on for such a long time...................long before I was born...that's kind of sad-and that show is still going and in progress!!!! wow
