There is a game that requires you to convert or kill non Christians (ehem, crusades?) and if you join the evil side, you will never win. First of all, the game sounds like shit because you can play either side. Second, tough shit fundies! This game, as with all media, should not be banned under the first amendment. People have the right to play a shitty game like this. I'm not even concerned about what the content is.

The Campaign to Defend the Constitution and the Christian Alliance for Progress, two online political groups, plan to demand today that Wal-Mart dump Left Behind: Eternal Forces, a PC game inspired by a series of Christian novels that are hugely popular, especially with teens.

The series by Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins is based on their interpretation of the Bible's Book of Revelation and takes place after the Rapture, when Jesus has taken his people to heaven and left nonbelievers behind to face the Antichrist.

Left Behind Games' president, Jeffrey Frichner, says the game actually is pacifist because players lose "spirit points" every time they gun down nonbelievers rather than convert them. They can earn spirit points again by having their character pray.

"You are fighting a defensive battle in the game," Frichner, whose previous company produced Bible software, said of combatting the Antichrist. "You are a sort of a freedom fighter."

I also can't tell if this game is a joke or not.

2014 is going to be a good year. More content, more streamlining. Be a part of history!

What's the point of converting people AFTER Rapture? Don't all the saved get saved and everyone left has no chance to be saved?

Huh? Signature? What's going on with that signature?

When my brother was working at a christian book store, his boss gave him one of these games. You have a holy crossbow and you had to go around and shoot roman soldiers like 2 times and then stupid halluluyah music plays everytime. It was fun maybe the first 2 minutes but other than that these games are pure crap, unless you buy them to make fun of the gaming company. These games are a waste of time. If they were going to make a christian game. Make it like a age of empires or some kind of shit like that.

My friend Dicer-

Death has a thousand different Faces. Evil only has one.

Even some of the next gens can't beat the originals. (N64, snes, nintendo.)

Shit man.... why did you have to remind me!

She knew I played games, so she was all gung ho about having me test out these games for her.

Honestly, one had potential, it was an RPG sort of thing, but the quests were too vague to get anywhere, and the other was an FPS. Having a buncha pissed off Roman looking dudes chasing you is scary enough, but when you shoot them with your sword, (yes, you SHOT people, with your SWORD), they get down on their knees and pray.

As for the Left Behind game, I have actually heard it is not that bad. Of course, I am not a fan of games that force you to do things a certain way, especially the way this game does. On the other note, I am not a fan of people trying to ban games. We have free speach for a reason. You can make a game about how great you think Hitler was, it is your right. Just don't expect me to play it.

Its not who a person is in the inside, but what he does that defines him.
