Wren made a disgusted face, her cheeks having reverted to a bright shade of pink. She muttered in audible phrases under her breath, "We're friends, and that's at best. We just used to talk but not so much anymore,"

Scorpii flinched as he heard a shout. The boy took hold of a branch on a nearby tree, beginning to climb with a lot of effort unsure of whether the branches would hold his weight and the weight of the axe.

"Oh? Too bad then. . ." Sparkle turned to Wren. She leaned in forward, whispering the following words to the girl's ear. "The one I'm interested in is you." The blonde girl gave a kiss on the redhead's cheek then stood up, running to her partner. She glanced back at the District Two girl. "Coming?" she gestured, a smirk on her face.

"Are you done with your. . . thing?" Talon asked as he saw the girl run to his direction. As the blonde girl neared him, he walked towards her then whispered. "Seems interesting, what did you do?" He asked.

"Nothing! Just the usual." She waved her hand up and down, but then stopped as sounds are heard, though she doesn't know if it was just her.

Wren stood there for a few moments, supposedly in shock. Raising her hand to her cheek, the redheaded girl wiped at her skin vigorously with the sleeve of her shirt. Then, the confusion became anger and simmered to a boiling rage. Taking a knife from her pocket, Wren stormed up towards the blonde tributes and pushed the female back against the tree with surprising force. Arm against her neck and knife raised to her face, Wren spat out, "What the hell was that?!"

Sparkle let out a small grunt and quickly straightened her position as the knife was pointed at her. The girl's question and expression made a smile form on her face. That smile then turned into a sickening, wide grin. "Entertainment!" She replied in a loud voice, gazing straight at the redhead's glare. Talon, witnessing this, put his machete near Wren's neck, few centimeters apart.

"Do you want to die?" The blonde haired girl asked the District Two girl with a sinister grin on her face. "Once again, I say! This is for entertainment!" Sparkle laughed loudly, as if she was a crazy person. The axe still on her hand, but not gripping it tightly. Her face expressed pure bliss.

Sparkle's expression frightened Wren, and she lowered her knife just a little. Relaxing slightly, Wren spoke out loud, "Move the sword, Talon," her voice was firm, but still slightly shaky.

"No can do. . ." Talon denied. "You're a current threat. If you step aside, I will too." He simply said as his grip tightened. He knew that the girl was dangerous and he can't afford to lose Sparkle. It was too early for her to die. Still, she's scary when this happen. The blonde guy thought as he added. "Also, dodge as much as possible if you do lower you knife." He advised. Sparkle, in turn, a frown formed on his face. She glared at her partner, obviously irritated by what he said. "What the hell was that for, Talon?" She questioned as she tightened her grip to her axe.

Wren mumbled something under her breath, pocketing the knife, "Fine." she said, stepping back a little from Sparkle but keeping eye contact, "Fine. . ." she then narrowed her eyes at Sparkle, "But try anything like that again, and I will cut you,"

Talon stepped away, still on his guard. "She's out, huh. . ." He mumbled under his breath. "Dodge. . ." He repeated his previous word at the redhead.

"Thanks!" The blonde girl replied, her eyes gleaming in an evil stare, her grin was ominous. She swung her axe horizontally, aiming at Wren's head, hopefully cutting her in half.

With wide eyes, Wren ducked and stumbled out of the way of the girl's attack. She straightened herself up before scowling and glaring once more, "What the hell?!" in her pocket, she clutched at her blades once more, preparing to throw one if necessary.

Talon punched his partner without any warning. A loud, disgusting crack was heard. Judging by the sound, it was the guy's fingers being broken. Sparkle landed on the ground, coughing up bits of blood. "What the heck was that for, Talon?" She yelled at her partner, accompanying it with a glare. The blonde guy only stared with a satisfying look. He then turned to Wren. "I apologize for that. She does that at times, looking for something fun to do." Talon walked to Sparkle and pulled her up. "Though I suppose it isn't fun for you, huh." He smiled.

Wren's eyes grew wide as she watched the girl fall to the ground. She stated for a moment, and everything in her body was screaming at her to run away right then Stop it. Stop it Wren, you're being stupid. she tried to tell herself firmly, but she couldn't shake the feeling. She was out here with two people who couldn't care less if she died, who probably hated her. They could kill her right now if they really wanted to and just tell Leon it was another tribute - she posed a threat to them. Allowing her instincts to take over, Wren turned and ran.

The girl ran. Before the two's eyes, she ran. The two District One had devilish grins on their face. The sight before them made their body fill in adrenaline. They looked at each other, then nodded, as is in agreement. With a grin plastered in their faces, they sprinted as to catch up with the terrified redhead. With weapons in their hand, they both shouted in sync. "The game starts now!"

Wren heard the yells in the distance, and she tried to increase her speed further. She panted for breath, exhaustion beginning to take its toll as she ran for her life. After about a minute of running, Wren could not carry on and she skunked down beside a tree trunk, clutching for support as her knees began to feel weak.

The young readhead was sprinting for her life. The two blonde kids noticed the distance between them and ran in faster speeds. With their body weight, including their height, they would surely lose in speed against the smaller girl. Also panting, they lost sight of the girl and decided to rest for a bit, while walking and catching their breath.

In a matter of seconds, Wren was off again at a lesser speed, but still remarkably fast. Did the word alliance mean nothing to these people? Which way was the Cornucopia? She couldn't remember, but she could really do with Leon.

The little brunette girl watched as a figure sped through a clearing beneath her, not dating to move. Grey, the half-blind girl from District Six, was merely thirteen and many were surprised she had made it this far. She was perched in a tree, a silver parachute from sponsors clutched in her small hands. She couldn't see all that well, but she seemed to be fiddling about with the mechanics inside.

"Shit..." Talon mumbled under his breath, disappointed and clearly annoyed. Sparkle, on the other hand, was looking around her surroundings, hoping to spot the redhead. "Got to say though, she's pretty fast." The blonde girl comments as a smirk appeared on ber face. "...And that what makes them a good pick for a hunt." The two said in chorus, starting to run and keeping an eye out.

Wren slowed down once more as she still heard voices and laughter. She glanced back and then to the tree in front of her. With a sigh, the redhead made the rash decision to climb and she did so with surprising ease. Perched on a branch, Wren tried to stay as still as possible.

Sprinting to catch up the lost distance, they looked around for signs of Wren and other possible tributes to target. Weapons in hand and grip tight, the two starts to yell, hoping to catch the redhead surprised and give away her location. "Wren, where are you?" They said tauntingly.

Wren flinched as she heard them, curling up a little. She held her breath, trying to be as silent as possible as she watched the two search for her.

Walking past trees, both have smirks in their face. Grinning to the point that you can imagine their faces splitting. "Come on now, Wren! It was only a joke!" Sparkle said as Talon laughed.

What? Wren's eyes widened as she heard this and she glared down at the two. Dropping down from the tree branches, Wren landed nimbly on her feet in front of the two, glaring daggers straight ahead. She looked livid.

Surprised by the sudden appearance of the District Two girl, both assumed a defensive stance. Noticing the expression of the redhead, the two smirked in enjoyment, their prey was in front of them. Sparkle stepped back, slightly behind Talon and assumed a stance. "Like I said earlier, it was a joke." The blonde girl started, "It's to feed their eyes. We can't bore them." she added, her smile contorted to a serious expression. Talon was on guard, observing the other's movement.

For several moments, Wren just blinked at the two showing little sign of anything. It wasn't till she jumped out to hit Sparkle in the arm, "You. Scared. Me. To. DEATH!" she said between each strike. Stepping back, she shot them one last glare before spinning around and beginning to walk away, "I'm going to find Leon, I can't stand either of you. I hate you both."

"Eh? Boo!" Sparkle replied with a fake pout on her face, while wiping the fake tears falling on her eyes. "I promise I won't do anything like that anymore. Please?" She says as she holds her pained arm. Talon is still on his guard but the pain of his right broken fingers are starting to be felt. He changed his stance, holding the machete at his left hand.

Wren ignored the two, continuing to storm away, her anger rising as they spoke. She disappeared through the trees and walked for a little while, trying to decide what her next course of action would be.

The two watched as the girl walked away from them, a faint smile appearing at Sparkle's face. Lowering their guard, Talon makes a small sound, the expression on his face is pained. The broken bones seems to be making him suffer than he expected it to be. "I know you're not, but you okay?" Sparkle asked with a serious face. Talon simply nodded as he straightened his posture, walking towards the direction of the girl. "This will be one heck of a day. . ." He commented while sighing.

Grey stopped once more as she heard sounds and sure enough, the same girl was making her way through the clearing. The girl edged away so that she was definitely out of sight.

Wren huffed loudly, trying to stay ahead of the tributes from District One, murmuring. She stormed straight through, ending up in front of a large tree. Glancing up, she caught a glimpse of a tall dark haired boy with an axe, attempting to stay as still as possible and the corner of her mouth curled up into a smirk, "Bingo,"

Wren took a step back, staring up at the District Seven boy, "So, are you coming down or are you making me climb?" In response, the District Seven boy began to climb higher, struggling under the weight of his weapon. With a sigh, Wren took a dagger from her belt and aimed for him. It became embedded in the bark above his hand. The boy was surprised and he slipped, letting go of his axe as he fell, grabbing onto a branch to save himself. His weapon landed on the floor with a loud thud. Wren smirked as the boy allowed himself to fall, scrambling for his weapon. The redheaded girl wasted no time in darting over and pinning the boy against the trunk of a tree. He stopped struggling as she held a knife to his neck,
"What's your name, Seven?" Wren could literally feel him trembling. The boy was much older than her, but he was terrified. He gulps before speaking,
"Scorpii. . ."
"Hm," Wren felt him gasp as she moved the knife up to his cheek, "Do you know my name?" as he shook his head, Wren tutted, "I'm Wren," she began carving something into his cheek lightly, "W - R - E,"
"Don't," Scorpii winced, squeezing his eyes shut. Wren raised an eyebrow,
"What was that?"
"I said don't. . ." he repeated quietly, "It hurts," Wren's eyes narrowed and she sighed before lowering the knife to his throat and then. . .

With one flick, a river of red began to run down his neck. Choking momentarily, Scorpii crumpled to the ground, dying as he hit the floor. Wren spun away from him, smirking as she heard the boom of the canon.

The cannon sounded which the two noted and stared up at the sky. The two smirked, knowing that the room for competition has lessened and this will save them time. Staring at their surroundings, the two looked at each other, again with their silent communication. The two nodded, as if in agreement and walks toward the direction of Wren. The breeze gently meeting them, they take it as a signal. The moment the wind died down, they rushed toward the District Two girl. With serious expressions on their face, they start their hunt.

This time, Wren stood her ground, unsafe aid and proud. A dagger in one hand, she awaited her pursues with a small smirk. Instantaneously, a knife went hurtling towards Talon at tremendous speed.
