Gears of War (again....reviving an old topic)

I just saw a demo video of this game and was blown away. One of the best things is the chainsaw bayonett (spelling?) on the end of your weapon. I hope that other game developers take this idea and run with it. Hmmm........what else would be awesome on the end of a weapon?

I also like the idea that enemies don't drop after just a few shots. The locust horde drones appear to be really tough and smart. The game forces you to take cover and plan an assault, being defensive instead of running in and just shooting until everything is dead. You can also shoot at the enemies legs to bring them on their knees to buy yourself some time. I can only imagine how much fun it's going to be to take out their legs and then run up to them to use the chainsaw bayonett and bathe in their blood.......

It looks like a real good game when it does come out. im looking forward for this title.
